Speech-Language Pathologist

Katie was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Pennsylvania Western University Clarion in May 2024. She completed her Clinical Fellowship in South Texas at Pediatric Therapy Associates where her passion for working with children continued to grow. Katie earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in June 2025 and holds professional licensure in Oklahoma and Texas.

Throughout her career, Katie has gained experience working with both children and adults across a variety of settings, including rehabilitation hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and outpatient clinics. She especially enjoys supporting individuals in the areas of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), early language development, and speech sound disorders. Helping her patients and their families build confidence in their communication is at the heart of her work and what truly inspires her every day.

In her free time, Katie enjoys staying active by going to the gym, hiking, dancing, or simply spending time outdoors. She's passionate about her faith and loves attending church as well as connecting with her Life Group. Katie also values spending time with her family and friends. One of the greatest blessings in her life is having the opportunity to live in and experience new places with her husband.
