If your physician has ordered Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Lymphedema Therapy services, please call us at 405-564-2701 to schedule your appointment. 

We will need the physician order sent to our office (often faxed directly to us by your physician) and your insurance information in order to get your appointment scheduled. Our physician order form as well as our downloadable new patient forms can be accessed HERE.

If you are not being referred by a physician, call us today for a free phone consultation. If the therapist determines that you may be an  appropriate candidate for evaluation and/or treatment we will work with you to contact your physician to obtain an order if necessary, as most  insurance companies require a physician referral. 

An appointment for a full evaluation will be scheduled promptly after we receive the referral from your physician.

All co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, or other payments are due at the time of service.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) as well as PayPal. Speech therapy services are eligible expenses for health savings and flexible spending accounts, which are also accepted at Advanced Therapy Solutions, LLC.

Advanced Therapy Solutions, LLC offers reduced self-payment options for qualifying individuals. Please contact us for more details.

For patients with insurance other than those listed, out-of-network services may be covered by many insurance plans if deemed medically necessary, though prior authorization may be required. We will assist you in working with your insurance company to determine benefits and obtain authorization for coverage. Please contact us with your insurance details before scheduling your appointment to determine eligibility and estimated payment amounts.
