Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Tammy graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center  in 1999 with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. She has worked as an  occupational therapist in a variety of settings including acute care,  rehab, home health, long term care, and school based therapy.  In 2009,  she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and began treating  individuals who have difficulty managing swelling caused by a variety of  complex medical conditions. Since that time, lymphedema treatment has  been her passion and the primary focus of her career. 

In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children along with their dogs, chickens, and cows. She loves “dirt  therapy” working on their land and in her flower beds and garden.  You  will find her in the kitchen or working on some DIY project when the weather forces her inside. Her friends and family look forward to those  “indoor days” of good treats from the kitchen.
